1- working hours
- The maximum weekly working hours is 48 Hour 8 hours a day.
- The overtime work must be done with the consent of the worker and an additional 125% pay for normal days and 150% on holidays must be paid.
2- Holidays

- The worker has the right to terminate the work contract with prior notice according to the notice period specified in the contract (usually a month).
- The employer may dismiss the worker in certain cases, such as a serious breach of his duties or the commission of serious violations.
- If the worker is arbitrarily dismissed, he has the right to claim compensation.
5- Occupational safety and health
- The law requires employers to take the necessary measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for workers.
6- Foreign workers
- The law regulates the employment of foreign workers and requests work permits.
7- Training and rehabilitation
- The law encourages the provision of training programs for workers to raise their efficiency.
8- Social Security
- Employers are required to participate in the Social Security Institution for the benefit of the workers, where the insurances related to retirement, injury, disability, and unemployment are covered.
